Deep hole boring head is divided into two types: split type and combination type. Deep hole boring head is a kind of deep hole tooling, deep hole tooling is divided into: deep hole drilling head, deep hole rolling head, deep hole boring head, first drilling with deep hole drilling head, then rolling, and finally boring.
The new deep hole boring head is a kind of deep hole boring head with internal chip removal and three edges, two guide bars and three cutting edges are fixed on the boring body, and the outer edges of the guide bars and cutting edges are on the same cylindrical surface. The deep hole boring head is set with two chip outlets, the lower half circle of the chip outlet cavity extends forward 2-5mm. due to the use of internal chip removal mode of operation, the oil supply is supplied from the outside of the boring bar, after the guide bar and cutting edge, the folded back from the cavity of the boring bar to carry the chips to the rear discharge, to achieve the full cooling lubrication of the cutting edge of the boring head and the guide bar.
On this basis, the cutting edge and guide bar can be further manufactured freely with super-hard tool materials to realize high-speed and high-precision deep hole boring.
