Precautions when adjusting the machining diameter of the boring tool
1. Do not operate the screws painted with red color.
2. Forcibly adjusting the dial while the casing shaft set screw is locked will damage the internal structure of the boring head.
3. If the adjustment exceeds the specified adjustment range, the dial will fall off and damage the internal structure of the boring head.
4. Please use the supplied wrench, not the casing extension.
Structure of twin bit rough boring head

2. Tool installation: When installing the tool, it is necessary to first place the tool into the boring bar and then tighten it to ensure that the tool does not deviate during cutting.
3. Positioning: The positioning of the workpiece is a key step, and it is necessary to ensure that the workpiece is fixed and stable to avoid deviations during the processing.
4. Cutting: During cutting, it is necessary to control the feed speed and rotational speed to ensure cutting effect and machining accuracy. At the same time, it is important to note that sharp cutting tools may produce burrs during the cutting process and require timely treatment.
