Cylindrical milling cutter
Cylindrical milling cutters are used for machining flat surfaces on horizontal milling machines. The teeth of the cutter are distributed on the circumference of the cutter, and are divided into two types according to the shape of the teeth: straight teeth and helical teeth. According to the number of teeth, there are two kinds of rough teeth and fine teeth. Spiral teeth rough teeth milling cutter tooth number is less, high strength teeth, chip space, suitable for roughing; fine teeth milling cutter is suitable for finishing.
Face milling cutter
Also known as disk milling cutter, used for vertical milling machine, face milling machine or gantry milling machine on the processing of flat surfaces, the end face and the circumference of the cutter teeth, there are coarse teeth and fine teeth. Its structure has a whole type, inlaid tooth type and indexable type 3 kinds.
End Mills
Used for machining grooves and step surfaces, etc., the teeth in the circumference and end face, the work can not be fed along the axial direction. When the end mill has an end tooth that passes through the center, it can be fed axially.
Three-face milling cutter
Used for processing all kinds of grooves and step surfaces, with cutter teeth on both sides and on the circumference.
Angle Milling Cutter
Used for milling grooves at a certain angle, there are two kinds of milling cutters: single-angle and double-angle milling cutters.
Saw blade milling cutter
Used for processing deep grooves and cutting off the workpiece, its circumference has more teeth.
