Flat vise, also known as machine vise, is a general-purpose fixture, often used to install small workpieces, it is a random accessory for milling machines, drilling machines, fixed to the machine table, used to hold the workpiece for cutting processing.
Use
Vise is a machine tool accessory used for milling machines, drilling machines and grinding machines to hold workpieces.
Working principle
Turn the screw with a wrench and drive the movable clamp body through the screw nut to form a tightening and loosening of the workpiece. The size of the clamped workpiece should not exceed 70mm.
Structure
The assembly structure of flat vise is removable threaded connection and pin connection; the linear motion of movable vise body is transformed by spiral motion; the working surface is the friction surface of spiral vice, guide vice and clearance fit of shaft and hole. The composition of flat jaws is concise and compact.
