Rapid heating principle:
The high frequency magnetic force generated by the induction coil inside the heater causes the shank to induce eddy currents
and generate heat, which heats up quickly and increases the efficiency of the tool change.
Cooling principle of ST-500 Shrink Fit Machine
The air cooling principle is used to force the cooling down so that the toolholder can quickly reach room temperature.
Easy and safe to operate:
Once the shank has been heated to tool change temperature, press the air start button to turn on the air supply unit to
cool the shank without moving the shank, increasing the safety of the operation.
