The use of heavy-duty live center:

Heavy-duty live center is mainly used for machining bushing parts on larger lathes.

Due to the large load, the thermal deformation of the workpiece can be absorbed and the thermal stress can be controlled by automatic adjustment, so it is most suitable for high-power cutting.

Feature:
The center adopts the combination of the double row angular contact ball bearings ,thrust ball bearings and needle roller bearings .
It is applicable to the heavy-load processing of large lathes 
The mandrel is extended to the end of the top come ,which maximally improves the cutting perfaomance and reduces vibration .
The center is made of alloy tool steel and its hardness after being heat treated could reach HRC58-62 .It is thus has high steel performance and high wear resistance .
The anti-dust seal on the front can prevent the cutting fluid and dust from entering into the bearings so as to prolong its service life .
