The center adopts the combination of cylindrical roller bearing, the ball thrust bearing, and the deep groove ball bearing.
It is applicable to the heavy-load processing of large lathes.
The mandrel is extended to the end of the top come, which maximally improves the cutting performance and reduces vibration.
The center is made of alloy steel and its hardness after being heat treated could reach HRC60°±2°. It is thus has high steel performance and high wear resistance.
The anti-dust seal on the front can prevent the cutting fluid and dust from entering into the bearings so as to prolong its service life.
