Difference between wc drill and sp drill
The wc type u-drill is more suitable for shallow hole cutting because it has higher precision and lower cutting force. For deep hole cutting, the wc type u drill is also more suitable because it has a sharper edge for better cutting of deep holes, and a finer edge for better discharging of cutting debris, which reduces heat during cutting and improves cutting efficiency. If there is a problem when using wc type u-drill to cut deep holes, it may be due to the sharpness of the cutting edge is not sharp enough, which leads to the increase of heat when cutting, thus affecting the cutting efficiency.
The sp-type u-drill, on the other hand, is more suitable for quadrangular blade applications.
WC-type u-drills use triangular blades. u-drills are shallow hole drills. wc-type u-drills use triangular blades, which have less relative resistance, whereas sp-type u-drills use quadrangular blades, which have more relative resistance.
