How to match the boring shank with boring head?
We need to know the following three points: 1. boring range 2. effective machining depth 3. what machine tool
Then we can calculate the size of the tool handle and boring head with the tool handle of BT40 for the hole with machining depth of 135 and boring depth of 47.
First of all, we need to know that CBH40-55 boring head is required for boring 47 holes, and its corresponding tool handle interface is LBK4.
We will use effective machining depth 135 - boring head depth 47+mechanical groove+empty cutter
We know that the mechanical slot BT30 is 20, BT40 is 25, BT50 is 35, and it is BT30+2 BT40+2 BT50+3
If the effective machining depth is 135, select BT40-LBK4-115+CBH40-55 boring cutter 115+47-28=134mm
