1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

-We are a manufacturer. Our factory is located in Sishui Economic Development Zone, Jining, Shandong Province, with 201-300 employees (101-200 on the production floor) and an annual turnover exceeding RMB 20 million. We do not trade — we design, produce, and ship from our own facility.

2. What products do you manufacture?

-We specialize in medium and high-end CNC toolholders and accessories, including:

   Toolholders: HSK, BT, ISO, SK, NT series; dampening boring bars; hydraulic and heat-shrink toolholders
   Collets: ER, SK, HC series
   Cutting tools: milling cutter discs, milling toolholders, quick drills, corn cob milling cutters, indexable tools
   Peripherals: machining center accessories
We also have an entry-level product line for cost-sensitive markets.

-Yes. We accept drawing-based, sample-based, and OEM orders. Our design team uses Pro/Engineer, UG (NX), AutoCAD, and SolidWorks. We have 18 patents in clamping, hydraulic sealing, quick-change fixtures, and inspection devices — custom design is part of our daily work.

6. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

-For standard products, MOQ depends on the specific item — many models are stocked and can ship in small quantities.

7. What precision level can you achieve?

-Heat-shrink toolholders: clamping accuracy < 0.003 mm, rated for 3,000+ heating cycles
   Hydraulic toolholders: repeat clamping accuracy < 0.005 mm
   Dampening boring bars: patented vibration-damping design
All products go through in-process and final inspection before shipment.
